Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use frienzo.ai. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity under that account.

You own the prompts, descriptions, and media you upload. By using frienzo.ai, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to run the product features you choose, including making a friend discoverable in the Public Library if you opt in.

You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of your content. Do not upload or generate anything unlawful, hateful, deceptive, infringing, or that violates someone else’s rights.

Tokens are the usage currency for chats, media requests, and calls. Pricing for token packs or subscriptions is shown at checkout and may change over time. We will clearly communicate any updates before you are charged again.

Unless required by law, token purchases are non-refundable. Unused tokens do not expire, and we will always show your live balance in the product.

Keep frienzo.ai safe and respectful for everyone. You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal activities, harassment, or exploitation.
• Attempt to bypass security, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
• Upload malware or content that infringes intellectual property rights.

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. We use encryption in transit and at rest, and give you controls over whether your friends remain private or are shared to the Library.

You may stop using frienzo.ai at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We may update the service or these Terms from time to time and will post the effective date when we do.
