Our security approach

Security is built into how we design frienzo.ai. We protect data in transit and at rest, isolate user content, and monitor for anomalous activity to keep chats private and reliable.

Infrastructure and data protection

• Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for application data.
• Network segmentation and least-privilege access controls for internal systems.
• Backups with tested restores to support business continuity.

Sensitive operations are logged and audited. Production access is limited to authorized team members using strong authentication.

Application safeguards

• Session management and sign-in protections to prevent unauthorized access.
• Rate limiting and abuse detection around chat, media generation, and Library publishing.
• Privacy defaults that keep friends private unless you opt in to sharing.

We review new features for security and privacy impacts before release and prioritize fixes when issues are discovered.

If you believe you’ve found a security issue, email security@frienzo.ai with details. We’ll acknowledge receipt, investigate quickly, and keep you updated on resolution status.
