To run frienzo.ai, we collect the data you provide directly (like your name, email, and friend descriptions) and the data generated while you use the product (chat history, token balance, and feature usage). We also receive limited device and log data to keep the service reliable.
We use your data to operate the product, personalize your experience, process payments, detect abuse, and improve reliability and quality. When we generate model responses on your behalf, your prompts and context are sent securely to our AI providers.
We share data only with service providers who help us deliver frienzo.ai (for example, authentication, payments, analytics, and AI infrastructure). These providers are bound by confidentiality and security obligations.
We may share information to comply with the law, enforce our Terms, or protect the safety of users. We never sell personal data.
You can update your profile, change Library visibility for each friend, delete friends, or request account deletion. For cookies and analytics, you can adjust browser settings or opt out where available.
We retain data for as long as needed to provide frienzo.ai and comply with legal obligations. Chats are private by default, and we apply encryption in transit and at rest. Access to systems is limited to authorized personnel with audited controls.
