Cancellation & Refund Policy

How frienzo.ai handles cancellations, refund eligibility, and timelines for token purchases.

Digital products

Token purchases on frienzo.ai are digital goods. Once tokens are credited to your account, they are generally non-refundable and do not expire.

When refunds may apply

In these cases, we will validate the transaction and either credit the missing tokens or process a refund to your original payment method.

  • Duplicate or accidental charges for the same order.
  • Unauthorized charges made without your consent.
  • Technical failures where tokens were not delivered after successful payment.

Cancellations

If a payment is still pending or fails, no charge is captured and no tokens are issued. You can simply retry the purchase once the issue is resolved.

Once a payment is captured and tokens are delivered, cancellations are not supported because the digital product is already available in your wallet.

How to request a refund

We review refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Email support@frienzo.ai with your payment reference, order ID, purchase amount, and the issue encountered.
  • Share any relevant screenshots from the payment provider (e.g., Razorpay) if available.

Partial refunds and adjustments

If some tokens from an order have already been used, we may issue a partial token credit or pro-rated refund at our discretion, based on remaining balance and usage.
